IMPORTANT TIP:

On average, during the Summer time, it takes the mix about 2 to 3 hours to freeze. You can shorten the freeze time by premixing and cooling the drink mix. Your ingredients should be cold. Put the alcohol and the drink mix in the refrigerator prior to mixing. Use cold water. The colder the mix, the faster it will freeze. Keep in mind if the liquid going into the machine is chilled at 40 degrees it will take half the time to freeze than if 80 degrees when starting.
