Cocktail Recipes - Bar Mixes

Each 1/2 gallon bottle of mix concentrate will make about 3 gallons of frozen drink mix (one machine bowl) - approximately 45, nine ounce drinks. The yield of each cocktail mix is variable and based on the amount of alcohol used. We suggest nine ounce cups. Larger cups lead to waste as guests let the drink melt, throw away remainder, and get another. Unopened drink mix bottles are returnable for a refund. Therefore, it is better to over estimate than be short on mix supply.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Your ingredients should be cold. Put the alcohol and the mix in the refrigerator prior to mixing. Use cold water. The colder the mix, the faster it will freeze. Mix the ingredients together in the mixing container we provide. Pour the mix into the reservoir of the machine. On average,  during Summer time, it takes the mix about 2 to 3 hours to freeze. Never let the machine run empty!

MARGARITA CLASSIC (1 Part Drink Mix to 4 Parts of Water)
 In a 3 Gallon Container

1 bottle margarita (lime flavor) mix; 4 mix bottles of water (2 gallons); 1 to 1.75 liters of tequila; 750 ml of triple-sec. Mix well !!

MANGO MARGARITA (1 Part Drink Mix to 4 Parts of Water)
 In a 3 Gallon Container

1 bottle mango mix; 4 mix bottles of water (2 gallons); 1 to 1.75 liters of tequila; 750 ml of triple-sec. Mix well !!

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA (1 Part Drink Mix to 4 Parts of Water)
 In a 3 Gallon Container

1 bottle strawberry mix; 4 mix bottles of water (2 gallons); 1 to 1.75 liters of tequila; 750 ml of triple-sec. Mix well !!

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI (1 Part Drink Mix to 4 Parts of Water)
 In a 3 Gallon Container

1 bottle strawberry mix; 4 mix bottles of water (2 gallons); 1 to 1.75 liters of light rum. Mix well !!

PINA COLADA (1 Part Drink Mix to 4 Parts of Water)
 In a 3 Gallon Container

1 bottle pina colada mix; 4 mix bottles of water (2 gallons); 1 to 1.75 liters of dark rum. Mix well !!

HARD LEMONADE (1 Part Drink Mix to 4 Parts of Water)
 In a 3 Gallon Container

1 bottle lemonade mix; 4 mix bottles of water (2 gallons); 1 to 1.75 liters of vodka. Mix well !!
