Fees & Policies

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

  No deposits required.

  The rental fee including any additional drink mixes can be paid by credit card, check or cash. If using credit card, go to our Payment Center the day before your event and make your payment. A receipt will be e-mailed to you. Checks or cash will be collected by our driver at delivery.

  Unopened drink mix bottles or pouches are returnable for a refund at machine pickup.

MACHINE PICKUP SCHEDULE

  Drink Sensations will contact you within 24 hours of your online reservation to confirm your rental and again 2-3 days prior to your party to schedule a mutually convenient delivery and pickup time. In most instances, the delivery will be made the day of the party. Pick-up is usually the next day within the following time frame:

  Pickup time is between 9 AM and 12 NOON.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

  Payment. Drink Sensations uses PayPal to process our credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) payments through their secure online payment system. You may also pay by credit card over the phone by calling (908) 926-6715, extension 1. We also accept cash and personal checks for your convenience. There will be a $40 fee for checks returned by our bank unpaid.

  Sales Tax. 7% sales tax is applied to all items purchased or rented, delivered or shipped within New Jersey. Drink Mixes are now taxable in New Jersey.

  Shipping. Drink Sensations will ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. ELMECO machine purchases will be shipped directly from distributor via freight. If you need a lift gate there is an additional charge from the trucking company. Drink mix purchases are shipped via our delivery van if within our area, or shipped via UPS Ground if outside of our delivery area.

  Shipping Rates. $175 - $200 for each ELMECO machine shipped via freight; $15 for each case of drink mix shipped via UPS Ground.

  Warranty & Return Policy. All sales from Drink Sensations are final. Since the frozen beverage machines are special ordered on your behalf we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If the item you have ordered is defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can work with you in remedying the situation. All service issues from time of delivery are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
