Are the machines easy to use?
Yes indeed. We
mix your first batch
and show you how to use the machine. We leave clear
printed instructions. NO ICE NEEDED.
How soon can I have a drink?
Depending on the starting temperature of the liquid,
quantity of alcohol in the mix and the temperature of
the day, it could take anywhere from 2 hours to 3
hours. You can shorten the freeze time by either
premixing and cooling the drink mix or starting with
very cold water. We recommend that you keep the alcohol
in the freezer prior to our arrival. Keep in mind if the
liquid going into the machine is chilled at 40 degrees
it will take half the time to freeze than if 80 degrees
when starting. Due to the machines design, once the 1st
batch is frozen there is very little delay between batches.
How many drinks will each mix make?
Each adult cocktail mix makes 3 gallons (one machine
bowl) or about 45 nine
ounce drinks (this gives 25 guests about 2 drinks each).
Kids flavors or mixes without alcohol makes 2.5 gallons
(one machine bowl)
- about 40 nine ounce drinks. We suggest nine ounce
cups. Larger cups lead to waste as guests let the drink
melt, throw away remainder, and get another.
Can I use my own margarita or other drink mix?
No, our mixes are made exclusively for our frozen drink machines.
Other mixes will cause damage to the machine.
Can these machines be used for kid’s parties?
They sure can, we have popular kid flavors. Also any of our drink flavors can be served
non-alcoholic for adult and kid’s events.
How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
We recommend you
reserve your machine online at least three weeks or more prior to your
event. However, during peak times like Super Bowl, Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial
Day, Halloween, Christmas and New Years Eve, you may need to reserve sooner.
Where can I setup the machine?
Most The machines are about the size of a large microwave and come on a wheeled cart.
They require a standard 120V outlet. Since they draw about the same amps as a
refrigerator or freezer, they should be plugged into a circuit that does not
already have a large appliance. (A dedicated 15 amp circuit will do the trick)
What if I have problems with or questions about the machine?
If you have any questions during your party/event just

Assistance Department.
Can I use an extension cord?
Yes and No. If you are not able to put the machine right next to an outlet,
included in your rental package is a super heavy duty extension cord up to 25 feet. We cannot use your heavy duty orange cord because it is too small. Our machines
require a minimum 3 wire 12 gauge cord.
When will you deliver?
We'll contact you within 24 hours of your
online
reservation to confirm your rental and again 2-3 days prior to your party to schedule a mutually
convenient delivery and pickup time. In most instances, the delivery will be made
the day of the party at the requested delivery time. Pick-up is usually the next day. Same day pickups are
available.
How long can I keep the machine?
We drop it off the day of the party and pick it up the
next day at an agreed time. Same day pick up is
available at an additional cost. Please note that
overnight rentals do not mean the rental is for
24 hours.
How do I clean the machine?
YOU DON’T - WE DO! When you are finished with your party drain what you want to
keep, unplug the machine, cover it with the tarp
provided, if outside, and leave it alone.
Are you insured?
Yes!! For your peace of mind we carry full liability insurance.

any type of alcohol, alcoholic mixes or drinks. If
alcohol is added to our machines, it is the sole
responsibility of the customer to use our equipment in a
safe and responsible manner. The customer is solely
responsible to prohibit underage consumption of alcohol,
and to protect against driving under the influence.
Drink Sensations assumes no responsibility for damages
or injury as a result of the consumption of alcohol from
our equipment. No one under 17 allowed to operate the
drink machine.
